Tours during the week
Tours take place from Monday to Friday. Times and group sizes vary by location.
Take part free of charge
Guided tours are free of charge.
Visits from age 10
Our tours are open to visitors from the age of 10 and older. Age-appropriate tours are available for school groups.
Also suitable for special needs
Tours for people with a disability are possible depending on the center. Please discuss your needs with us in advance.
Dogs have to stay at home
Unfortunately, dogs will have to stay at home, because the centers are noisy and hectic.
What to expect at the letter centers
Modern facilities process several million letters every day. The main letter processing hubs are located in Eclépens, Härkingen, Zurich-Mülligen and Cadenazzo. During a tour, you can see the facilities in action and gain exciting insights into the processes.
