6 things that customers particularly appreciate about the postal network

Swiss Post supports its customers through their everyday lives in different ways. Twice a year, it surveys private and business customers about their experiences with the postal network. The results indicate what they see as particularly positive and where we can still improve. Here are six things that customers appreciate about the postal network.

1. Swiss Post is always close by

If you want to carry out a postal transaction, you often first think of the traditional branch. But the network is far more diverse. Whether it’s a branch, a branch with a partner or the home service, Swiss Post is right where you need it. More than 5,000 access points ensure that postal transactions are easy to reach.

2. There’s more than one way to handle your postal business

Some appreciate personal advice at a branch, while others drop off their consignments at a branch with partner in a village shop or take care of their postal needs digitally. This freedom of choice is appreciated by customers. The postal network is constantly evolving and now offers suitable options for different life situations.

3. Personal advice is still in demand

Direct contact remains an important part of Swiss Post’s range of services, even in the digital age. In the latest survey, the branches achieved even higher satisfaction scores than the previous year. The friendliness and competence of the staff, as well as good accessibility, are particularly appreciated.

4. Collect parcels whenever it suits your daily routine

Sometimes your schedule is simply full. That’s why many customers value the flexibility of My Post 24 terminals. Consignments can be collected or dropped off at any time. Branches with partners are also appreciated for their long opening hours. This allows Swiss Post to adapt to its customers’ daily routines, not the other way round.

5. Many postal transactions can now be done with your smartphone

Whether it’s tracking consignments, buying stamps online or finding your nearest access point, many things can now be done directly via the Post-App. The app is one of Swiss Post’s highest-rated digital services and enjoys a high level of trust among users.

6. Not digital or personal, but both

If you’re on the go, you often use the Post-App. If you need more information, you visit the website. And if you want personal advice, visit a branch. The various services complement one another and are interlinked. Both physical and digital access points achieve high satisfaction scores.

Our customers come into contact with us on a daily basis. They can access a network that we’re continuously developing in line with their needs. This ensures Swiss Post will remain easily accessible in the future and offer reliable solutions for everyday life.
