  • Swiss Post has been pursuing its “Swiss Post of tomorrow” strategy since 2021 with the aim of creating a strong Swiss Post that achieves growth in line with the needs of the economy and Swiss public.
  • Initial evaluations show that the strategy is working. Revenue is rising, and the financial result is stabilizing again after a long period of decline.
  • For the 2025 to 2028 strategy period, the focus is on the changing needs of Swiss Post’s customers.
  • With additional significant investments and targeted continuous development, Swiss Post is securing its relevance for the future and its self-financed universal service.
