Sponsorship at Swiss Post
We support selected projects that contribute to social life in Switzerland. We deliberately focus on a small number of long-term partnerships so that we can use our resources in a targeted and effective way.
We review new sponsorship requests carefully and selectively. Support may be provided if a project is well aligned with Swiss Post’s objectives and delivers clear benefits for society
How to submit your request
We review requests based on clear criteria. At the beginning of the form, you select whether your request concerns sponsoring or a raffle. You will then only see the information relevant to your request.
Important note
We cannot support every request. As we select our partnerships carefully and according to clear criteria, we will contact you only if we are able to support your project. If you do not hear from us, we regret that we are unable to pursue your request further.

What is the difference between sponsoring and a raffle?
Sponsorship covers partnerships, projects or events seeking financial support, services or contributions in kind. Raffle requests concern promotional items, for example as prizes in a draw.
Which sponsorship requests does Swiss Post not support?
Swiss Post does not support projects that…
- involve health risks (e.g. extreme sports),
- place an unnecessary burden on the environment,
- conflict with moral, religious or ethical values,
- pursue political objectives,
- are aimed at individuals,
- take place outside Switzerland,
- request event infrastructure as a sponsorship contribution.
What information is needed for a sponsorship request?
Describe your project as clearly as possible. The more complete your information is, the better we can review your request.
How long does it take to review a sponsorship request?
We review every request carefully. The review process can take up to four weeks. As we select our partnerships carefully and according to clear criteria, we will contact you only if we are able to support your project. If you do not hear from us, we regret that we are unable to pursue your request further.
