Frequent attempts at fraud
Fraudulent messages claiming to be from Swiss Post can appear via SMS, e-mail, WhatsApp, website, phone call or social media. They often involve parcels, fees, consignment tracking or personal data. Check suspicious content carefully and don't enter any personal data.

Fraudulent messages often contain specific numbers, codes, links or wording. These examples may help you identify suspicious messages. The list is not exhaustive: other numbers, links or texts may also be falsified.
