Management
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors defines Swiss Post’s strategy and oversees its implementation. It is responsible for Swiss Post’s strategic direction and control.
Executive Management
Executive Management manages Swiss Post’s activities and implements the strategy defined by the Board of Directors. It manages the Group’s units in daily operations.
The strategic subsidiaries
The strategic subsidiaries operate in the core markets of Swiss Post Ltd.
Post CH Ltd
Post CH Ltd operates in the logistics market. This business area includes physical and digital services along the entire value chain.
PostFinance Ltd
PostFinance Ltd operates in the financial services market and offers digital solutions for payments, savings, investments and pensions.
PostBus Ltd
PostBus Ltd and Post CH Mobility Ltd are responsible for mobility in public transport and complementary mobility services.
Digital Services Ltd
Digital Services Ltd develops digital solutions for authorities, companies and the general public.
Post CH Network Ltd
Post CH Network Ltd manages Swiss Post’s access points. These include, in particular, branches as well as physical and digital access to Swiss Post’s services.
Functional units
The functional units support Group management and the business areas in carrying out their tasks.
Finance
Ensures the financial management of the Group and safeguards transparency, stability and the responsible use of resources.
Real Estate
Manages Swiss Post’s real estate portfolio and provides site-specific real estate solutions.
Human Resources
Is responsible for Group-wide HR policy and develops the foundations for collaboration and management.
Communication
Shapes the Group’s internal and external communication and ensures a consistent Swiss Post presence.
IT/Technology
Develops and operates platforms and IT solutions for the Group and supports technological development.
CEO Staff
Supports the CEO and Executive Management in strategic, overarching and coordinating matters.
Group companies and participations
In addition to the strategic Group companies, the Group includes other legally independent companies or companies in which we hold participations. They complement our business activities and represent us in selected areas.
