Procurement organization and management
The Swiss Post procurement organization (POSP) is responsible for the procurement volume on the basis of strategic requirements. It defines the procurement policy and the resulting strategies, structures, processes, methods and systems.
The Federal Act on Public Procurement and the Ordinance on Public Procurement (PPA/PPO) form the legal basis for procurements that mainly concern the reserved service, meaning the monopoly segment, and licensed passenger transport.

Compliance for suppliers
The Supplier Code of Conduct for Responsible Procurement forms the basis for our collaboration. Breaches can be reported confidentially to an external reporting unit.
