With around 44,000 employees across all regions of the country, Swiss Post is one of the largest employers in Switzerland. Around 16,000 of them work in rural areas and mountain regions.
24% women in management
We want to increase diversity further within management and among leaders in the collective employment contract. By 2030, the percentage of women should be 30%.
1,900 apprentices
We are the third largest training company in Switzerland. From logistics to ICT careers: we train around 1,900 apprentices in various professions every year.
