Swiss Post acquires healthcare logistics provider MW Partners Holding SA

Swiss Post acquired the healthcare logistics provider MW Partners Holding SA on 14 March 2022. The company, based in Froideville in the canton of Vaud, specializes in the end-to-end logistics supply chain for medical consumables, and on the sterile preparation of surgical instruments. With this acquisition, Swiss Post is supplementing the logistics services it currently provides for the healthcare industry in German-speaking Switzerland, and also expanding them specifically in French-speaking Switzerland. Taking over MW Partners Holding is a further step to ensure the company can provide a full range of logistics services for the Swiss healthcare sector over the long term.
